Want an estimated shipping date for your order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send your tracking number via email. It also will sometimes happen that the package will miss a scan but is still progressing to your destination. It will be scanned again soon, so please check your tracking again in 12 hours.
Remember, we dispatch Monday through Friday, so if an order is placed after 4pm on a Friday or over the weekend, you will not receive your tracking reference until Monday afternoon when your order leaves our warehouse.
Note to AOL users: If you are not getting your tracking emails, you will need to change a setting. From the AOL Desktop software, click "Settings" and then click "Spam Controls" in the Communication and Organization section. Delete email@example.com from the Sender Filter list, and then click "Save."
Note to icloud users: Find your tracking email in your spam folder, and simply move it from spam to your inbox in order to stop these emails from being marked as spam in the future.
