I paid for USPS Priority Mail and my order hasn't arrived

If you paid a premium for your USPS priority shipping delivery and your order has not arrived three business days after the date we shipped it, we will reimburse you provided USPS has not attempted delivery.

If you feel you are owed reimbursement for the delay of a time guaranteed delivery, please contact us by clicking the link below to open a support ticket with our team (be sure to include your order number) and we will check the tracking and process a postage refund if necessary.
