I paid for USPS Priority Mail and my order hasn't arrived

If you paid a premium for your USPS Priority shipping delivery and your order has not arrived three business days after the date we shipped it, we will reimburse you provided that USPS has not attempted delivery. Please note that because shipments sent by USPS Priority can take up to three business days to arrive, we will only reimburse you after this time period has elapsed (i.e., on the fourth day after shipping).

If you have paid for USPS Priority Express shipping and your order has not arrived two business days after we have shipped it, we will reimburse you provided that USPS has not attempted delivery. Please note that because shipments sent by USPS Priority Express can take up to two business days to arrive, we will only reimburse you after this time period has elapsed (i.e., on the third day after shipping).

Please note that orders to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands may take slightly longer to arrive.

If you feel you are owed reimbursement for the delay of a time-guaranteed delivery, please contact us by clicking the link below to open a support ticket with our team (be sure to include your order number), and we will check the tracking and process a postage refund, if necessary.
