If you need to cancel an order that has not yet dispatched, please click 'submit a ticket' at the bottom of the page and fill out the form (it takes 30 seconds, but please make sure you have your order number handy so as to avoid any delays with us helping you). Provided the order has not yet left our warehouse, we'll be able to cancel and refund the order without any trouble.
If you just need a change of shipping address, there is no need to cancel, however. Just click the link below to open a support ticket, give us your order number and your new shipping address, and, as above, provided the order has not left our warehouse, we'll be able to change it for you.
