My card was declined

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

If you have put in your credit card details and the order will not go through, please check that the card is still valid (i.e., it has not expired) and that the billing address entered matches where the card is registered to.

If you have chosen to pay with a saved card and your order is being declined, try entering your card details manually as a new card.

Alternatively, if you're sure your details are all correct, you can pay with your card via PayPal. Go through the checkout process as usual as far as the Payment screen. Before confirming your payment, click Change, then select Pay with PayPal from beneath your list of payment cards.

You will be taken to a PayPal sign-in page. Click Pay with Debit or Credit Card and you will be able to pay with your card without setting up a PayPal account.
