Discount Code Not Working

Received a discount code but it's not working for you? Please check the following points:

Please note: we cannot apply a discount code after you have already placed an order.

  • You must be logged-in to your Electric Tobacconist account to apply a discount code.
  • You must have obtained the code from Electric Tobacconist US (some customers obtain these from our UK/European site - these will not work, but we're sorry if you got confused!)
  • If you were emailed a code, it will only be valid for the account associated with the email address it was sent to. Discount codes are non-transferable so make sure you sign-in to the same Electric Tobacconist account the email was sent to.
  • It is advised that you copy and paste any discount codes to ensure it is inputted correctly. Codes are case sensitive.
  • Some codes are only valid on certain products or must meet certain criteria before it will apply. Please check the terms of the code if it does not work.
