Received a discount code but it's not working for you? Please check the following points:
Please note: We cannot apply a discount code after you have already placed an order.
- You must be logged in to your Electric Tobacconist account to apply a discount code.
- You must have obtained the code from Electric Tobacconist USA. (Some customers obtain these codes from our UK/European site, www.electrictobacconist.co.uk. These will not work, but we're sorry if you got confused!)
- If you were emailed a code, it will be valid only for the account associated with the email address to which it was sent. Discount codes are non-transferable, so make sure that you sign in to the same Electric Tobacconist account to which the email was sent.
- It is advised that you copy and paste any discount codes to ensure that they are inputted correctly. Codes are case-sensitive.
- Some codes are valid only on certain products or must meet certain criteria before they will apply. Please check the terms of the code if it does not work.
