I want to return a faulty item

Want to return an item? Before doing so, please submit a support ticket (below) for an Electric Tobacconist Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form from a member of our Customer Care Team. Please note, the majority of faults can be fixed remotely and are often just a case of needing to apply a slight fix to the product or change the way it is being used, so we will often ask a few questions before issuing an RMA form.
Please note: We will dispose of any unsolicited and unauthorized returns.
Returns MUST be received within 15 working days of the RMA Form being issued.  We will be unable to process any items not returned within this time-frame.
We reserve the right to deduct a $10 administration fee for any incomplete returns (e.g. starter kits with missing components such as chargers or batteries)
Once we have received a returned item, please allow up to 5 working days for it to be processed and replacements dispatched.

If looking to claim on a warranty, please check the warranty conditions of the product on the Product FAQs tab of the product in question.
