Outside of public holidays, our warehouse operates six days a week (Monday–Saturday); picking and packing are continuous throughout those days.
If you order before 2 PM Monday through Friday, your order will be picked up by the carrier the same day. Your order may take a couple of days to go from the branch carrier to the final mile (local) carrier. This does not affect our team's ability to fulfill orders within the aforementioned timeframe and is accounted for in your estimation at checkout. If there is an issue regarding your order, we will contact you to let you know the next best steps.
For weekend orders, they are picked up by our shipping carrier Monday evening.
