As part of our commitment to keeping vaping products out of the hands of minors, we have in place a strict monthly maximum purchase policy on certain products. This is to prevent resale of our products (also known as "straw purchasing"). Unfortunately we are unable to alter these on a per-customer basis, but we have done our best to ensure these limits are fair and do not generally interfere with individual monthly purchase requirements.
Purchase limits last 30 days from the last time you purchased that product. E.g. if you buy your maximum allowance on the 7th of the month, your allowance on that product will reset 30 days later.
