Why are items missing from my order tracking email?

We operate two warehouses: one in Colorado and the other in California.

If a product that you order is out of stock at one facility, then it will ship from the other. As a result, you will receive two tracking emails. Please keep in mind that you may not receive them both at the same time.

This occurrence will become less common as we continue to add inventory to our California warehouse.
