My Boulder Rock kit is blinking/has stopped working

If your kit blinks when you press the button, it generally means it has run out of battery. The Boulder Rock takes approximately one to two hours to charge, so we recommend trying this first.

You should also ensure that after filling the pod, you replace the rubber plug/stopper to ensure e-liquid does not leak out and into the battery. This will cause the device to fail and unfortunately will not be covered under warranty. If you have misplaced the rubber plug, please do not continue to use the pod as this will cause further damage. You can purchase replacement pods here.

If the above does not resolve the matter, please try another cartridge as there may be a connection issue between your current cartridge and the base. Pods are covered by a strict 7 day warranty from the date of purchase (including the pod included in the starter kit) as they are consumable oral products, so if it's older than this and isn't working properly, we'd recommend getting some replacements.
