The most common reasons for canceling orders are as follows:
- You are not over the age of 21
- You have made multiple accounts in attempts to purchase quality-limited products or use multiple discounts.
- We were unable to verify your correct shipping address or phone number (we will have emailed you and your order will be canceled if we do not get a response after 5 days)
- We had an unexpected stock out of the item you purchased (this is rare, and again we will always email you first).
- Your zip code was recently deemed out of our serviceable range. Rest assured, not only is this infrequent, but we are working to expand our reach and expect to see movement in the near future. You can always check your shipping availability by using our Zip Code Checker.
Our cancellation policy is part of our commitment to keeping vaping products out of the hands of minors and to prevent the resale of our products (also known as "straw purchasing"). Additionally, creating multiple accounts in order to abuse our system is against our Term & Conditions and will result in an order cancellation and an email from our customer support.
All orders that have been canceled will be refunded back onto the card associated with the purchase within 3-5 business days.
