My order says “pending review” — what does this mean?

You may see Order Status: Pending Review upon receiving your order confirmation email for the following reasons:

  1. You used a credit/debit card not issued within the United States of America, or
  2. You used a pre-paid debit card to complete your transaction

This with not delay the processing of your order and will typically resolve itself in less than 30 minutes after receiving your order confirmation.
