Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your JUUL Kit. Your JUUL may not be broken, so before we look to replace the item, please try the following remedy which can sometimes work: Try blowing off the connections and wiping them with a clean (slightly damp) cloth, then try charging it again as normal.
If this doesn't solve your problem, the JUUL comes with a one year warranty, so you can get in touch with us here and we'll be able to replace it if you bought it from us (we will need your order number - eg ETUSA12345 - in order to process this). If you did not buy it directly from us, we recommend you contact JUUL directly.
