It is probable that your JUUL is not broken, so before looking to replace the item, please try the following remedy which can sometimes work:
Try blowing off the connections and wiping them with a clean (slightly damp) qtip, then try charging it again as normal. Additionally, we suggest trying multiple pods as this could be an indication that the cartridge that you're using is defective.
If this doesn't solve your problem, the JUUL comes with a one year warranty: you can get in touch with us here and we will be able to replace it if you bought it from us (we will need your order number - eg ETUSA123456 - in order to process this). If you did not buy it directly from us, we recommend you contact JUUL directly.
