Still waiting for an order confirmation?
If you haven't received an order confirmation email, you can check your order history by signing in to your account and going to https://www.electrictobacconist.com/customer/orders/
Be sure to check for failed orders by clicking "Show Incomplete Orders" as this may explain why you haven't received an order confirmation. If you have a failed order, it's usually to do with age verification or because a card was declined.
If you placed an order with SRC, your tracking information will be given to you via a separate email once the package has reached the central distribution facility. This could take a couple of days.
