Since our carriers don't have the same infrastructure as the Postal Service your package may take unusual routes as it is passed through a network of carriers rather than directly to a local distribution center. We have also seen slightly longer transit times as well as occasional delays in tracking updates. We are working with their technical support team to rectify these concerns as quickly as possible.
Your order will get to you, but please keep in mind that the carrier network is new to shipping vaping products as well as catering to our bandwidth. We are working with them to improve this line of communication.
Please note, we are currently waiting 40 days before any reshipments or refunds for all packages. This allows our team to ensure that the package has been truly lost. This is a longer timeframe than we'd like and we can assure you that we are working to augment our partner's capabilities.
