If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you do not have your products, worry not! Unfortunately, for the time being, our carrier does occasionally preemptively mark packages as delivered before they've arrived at their final location.
We ask that you please wait 48 hours from the date the package was marked as delivered until you reach out to us. This allows our carrier to deliver the parcel and rectify their mistake. If you find that you do not have your products in your possession after this time period, we do recommend submitting a ticket so that a member of our team can look into the situation further for you. (For example, if the package is marked as delivered Monday, you would then wait until Wednesday to reach out)
